i think his manager also has some kind of direct contact with youtube and is able to talk youtube into not banning his channel. he had tons of bannable offenses on his stream today including strapons drug use adults fighting which i reported about 20 times and the stream i still up. Meanwhile i think someone on discord daves crew has trusted status with reporting channels which gets videos taken down right away.
