JJ didn't show up for the trial. The judge said it was required. It was supposed to take two days. So, the case stands "Closed", according to court records. That does not mean the charges have been dropped. Just that w/o the defendant, the trial cannot proceed. They might get pissed up about it, reinstate the felony level charge and add a FTA (failure to appear) in which case, a bench warrant could be issued, as well as being charged with contempt of court. Lots of fees adding up. IDK who's paying, but I hope JJ pays for his destructive behavior.
