On that stream where he was harassing those Homeless people he was getting drunk on stream and talking about his gun he was carrying. At one point he was completely drunk and people were asking him about his gun and he would talk about open carrying. Felony wreckless engagement. He also maced that homeless guy one time and there was no justification. Also heard he has no car and needs to take a bus everywhere so it would be easy to aprehend him.
