I listened to Michael Knowles lay out the connections between the US and biolabs in Ukraine. It was a great presentation because he gave the sources of the information and a good portion of it was actually from the governments records. Now, I didn't do any fact checking myself on his sources but I'll say this...if what he said is true, the US was 100% involved in both funding and bioresearch there.
