Ground wagyu where I live is dogshit, it’s wagyu by loose affiliation but not proper pretty much anywhere you go. Overpriced by association, like buying a $10 pair of shoes with a $100 logo on the side.

When I’m on a cut my go-to is medium ground beef (fat left in) over top of rice with veggies and copious soy
