Ground wagyu where I live is dogshit, it’s wagyu by loose affiliation but not proper pretty much anywhere you go. Overpriced by association, like buying a $10 pair of shoes with a $100 logo on the side.

We’re moving out into a very, very rural area in the next year so she’ll have to get used to it, because I’m not buying big city cuts the moment I don’t have to.
