i understand that completely. i feel that way everyday for years now. sometimes it gets worse than usual tho. tell your doc that, sadly it takes a lot of tries to find the right meds. and you might not need them at all. personally, i was on ssri's, antipsychotics, mood stablizers, and anti-anxiety meds for most of my childhood and as a teenager. sometimes i think they did more harm than good in the long run. i haven't taken any meds in 7 years and while i'm usually stable, no outbursts or mania, it's a bad stable. a stuck stable. i've been doing the same basic stuff everyday for years. even after getting off dope too. i'm just doing the minimum to survive for some pointless reason. so yeah i just can't find the motivation to live. or kill myself either lol. you're not alone in how you're feeling. i'm right there with you. we can do this.
