I haven't watched tv in 10+ years now. I legit only watch YouTube or once in a while activate streaming services watch everything then turn them off again thats about it. So i pay for premium because it also has the music shit for while im working and needing a Spotify sub too

i havent had TV since i left my parents house as a child and refuse to pay for youtube premium, they get enough money from other venues and if i really want to support a creator ill send money via the 1500 different options they have now. Fuck em wont get a dime from me. Every single company charges some absurde monthly charge way higher than they need per person, yet for what i get from my garmin in-reach subscription i pay next to nothing and get life saving responses in comparison, but paying anything more than $2 a month for any service online is off the table. Buncha greedy motherfuckers. Every company that shows up now "HAS TO BECOME A BILLION DOLLAR CORP" fuck that let some fail. End un-hinged monday rant.

Yeah i got scammed by direct tv. They promised like 3 years of service and would install all equipment for 200$. I never got a day of service and when they showed up to install the dish it was some 3rd party installer meth head who fucked all my shit up. Brought the wrong mounts and tried charging me another few 100 for the right one which i already was told that's what i was paying for.
Never looked at another tv again
