As buttsnake said, there isnt much you can do with donning an "antagonistic" role in her worldview. Being there and being a real honest person can provide information outside of the delooshion. Most likely she is a lost cause until she gets over it.

From my limited experience, all you can really do is be there for her, bro. Ngl it'll be rough, especially if she's as checked out as you say, and depending on how well drugs work and how willing she is to keep taking them if this ends up being a long term problem. You may want to ditch any expectation you have of ever seeing your original friend again, it's a harsh thing to say, but even on drugs that work, you may only get short periods with a person that resembles the old her. It's possible that the right drugs will bring her right back to how she was or she just naturally snaps out of it, but if you keep that expectation and it doesn't happen, it just makes everything harder.
