I think she's taking all of her plays directly from the Captain Content playbook (which is really the Ice Poseidon playbook tbh); for instance, i'm guessing she gives guests half the truth of what they're going to be subjected to when they agree to be on her streams and over-promises the benefits/returns. Some guests get it and roll with the punches, making them "in on it", others flip the fuck out when they see the true nature of the community making them "not in on it". Also, i think she loosely scripts to some extent with some of the guests, just like practically every other popular streamer from this community.
I concur. I thinm her seeing the success of captain really motivated her. I do think there is a bit more scripting though, since she is all girly and scared of chaos.
Whatever the reason, she definitely scripts at least a bit, both Ayala and that Andrew "the producer" guy straight up exposed her scripts on stream. Let's be real, though, every halfway successful streamer scripts at least a little, (e.g.: "when we go live act like you're pissed at so and so"), and it's probably smart that that do, because real life just isn't very interesting to watch most of the time.
