Not to be tryna be pessimistic or anything, but the chances of Bjorn even being allowed to visit The USA are very slim, in general they are pretty strict with people that got criminal records being allowed in, even for holidays. And in Bjorns case going to prison for 'threating a head of state' does not bode well, even if given context that this is a harmless old dwunk man fwom Denmark, the pencil pushing jobsworths at the TSA or whatever will most likely send him back, since in their book it's 'serious'...
