What kind of vegan? A soy redditor vegan diet full of chemicals and proteins is probably the shittiest diet you can be on, but a raw vegan diet can virtually cure any disease. I havent formed an opinion on whether its sustainable to do it for your entire life, but detox cleansing is the real deal.
meh.. I would like to know exactly what they eat and what their health situations were before i made any judgements. Its hard to explain without writing a massive wall of text, but its a result of shitty genetics and their bodies being incapable of properly absorbing nutrients. Malabsorbtion can be reversed if they properly combine fasting and eating real living foods.
i eat a raw based diet just 90% animal foods is very hard to get calcium/vitamin b12/vitamin d and so on as a vegan. i remember i was outside for hours a day and still had low vitamin d
i used to be anti supplements when it came to eating raw vegan but i found health101.org and his advice about b12 and iodine made sense to me. Although i dont need bto supplement those because im not really a vegan right now. And i dont think Ive ever had a vitamin D issue. I cant possibly see how someone spending hours in the sun would still need vitamin D. The sun is literally the best and most natural source of it, theres something wrong there.
