I don't know nothing bout stocks or whatever, but that Tesla shit was obviously gonna pop, they got a market value greater than all the top 5 auto manufacturers combined, Despite selling a tiny fraction of the cars, It was/is hype. Now that you got all this energy crisis/Economic crisis stuff going on in Europe etc, It now cost nearly as much to run an electric car per mile as it does for an ICE car. Also the fact they cost far more than an ICE equivalent, And so Electric car sales have plummeted, From a predicted 20-70% up till 2030 of cars sold they are now predicting it to be 10-40%, Not to mention harsh weather has shown consumers the massive unreliability of battery powered electric during the cold. Toyota was right. Hydrogen-Electric is the future, Not Battery-electric.
Hydrogen electric probably wont be viable commercially either. They use hydride plating rather than liquid H^2. The hydrides dont store as much energy as lithium amd also requires weirder mechanisms to release the energy that is more non-conservative than lithium electricity. No doubt they can pull an elon though and produce trucks that are less efficient than current trucks n that require whole substations for charging.
