Can someone clarify for me whether the Wookie’s shadow ban was a result of the incessant spam, or as a result of him posting a child wearing lingerie?
I thought it was just trolling but multiple people have now told me he did in fact post some weird kiddie stuff.
I wouldn’t have shadowed him for spam, but would 100% have done so for weird pics of minors. I’m not entirely clear exactly what caused his shadow, but I’d expect the latter over the former 😅
the lingerie thing happened months ago and red only removed it. I guess there was another post involving a magizine but i never saw that one. He had called someone (most likely geezerpleazer, but i cant remember who exactly) a pedo recently and i brought it up to him. That's when the war between me and him really got started.
There isnt one specific reason he was banned. Me, Wigwam, and Kippy all agreed to it though. For me, I was in favor of banning him because we lost greatvalue and were on the verge of losing many other high quality artists because they were upset as well. It was done in an effort to save the community. Kippy and wigwam can give you their own takes on it

This is basically my take too. When people start leaving due to the spam and drama that's when I draw the line. Sorry but that's how I see it. We didn't fight to get a bunch of OGS back just so another user can fuck it for them
The word pedo gets tossed around so freely in this community in some ways it's totally lost it's meaning. I didn't see the photo either, so I'm not sure what the deal is with it.
For sure, I don’t see “pedo” as an insult as any different than “strag” for anyone who was around during Wookie’s janny days. Guys called me a pedo a billion times and I’m not bothered by it, that’s just the internet lol
Different animal when someone’s actually posting weird stuff like that. But like you said — I wasn’t online to see it so I can’t condemn. It’s probably both worse than I expect and not as bad.
