I gave him the benefit of the doubt after the ip2 mods claimed he spams cp, but I believe it now. the grey area "not technically illegal" cp is just a pedo reaching out to other pedos as far as I see it. Like a strag subtlety hinting that hes gay to find other strags who want to bang.
