Yeah maybe. The reason I strongly believe that it was him is because he was the most dedicated user in going after Ice and that Cx coin scam.
He had a dedicated Twitter account that was about the Cx scam which the ProfessionalJogger account was dedicated to as well at an earlier point, both of which were very similar in how they presented the info about the coin, it might be a coincidence, but I think it was him.
