Wealist post I seen you make, but bare in mind, any food that you see from 'Mexico' etc in the supermarket as he stated, is going to be lacking in nutrients just the same as it is as crops grown the west, these are crops grown for export on industrial scale farms, just like in the west, they are littered with carcinogenic pesticides etc. And as such the soil is spoiled, hence why they need to fertilize the the shit out of it to make it productive, because everytime they deep till harvest and spray those chemicals with those machines, they disrupt/kill the microorganisms, worms etc. that give/regenerate the soil its nutrients in the first place.

i have never been to Mexico but i would imagine a small mexican market is better than american supermarket food
