So I added dead lifts to my leg day think it would be good addition to make my buttocks strong. Ive been wondering for some time if I was doing it wrong since I feel it more in my lower back. Turns out thats what dead lifts are for. Smh.
I need new workouts for my buttocks. They have been feeling weak lately.
