Serious question how does david keep getting away with driving around California with an unregistered RV? He has had tons of police visits and everytime they let him go without impounding the RV or issuing him tickets for the RV not being registered/having a fake license plate. Why is that?

even so theres tons of people who get their cars towed or at least issued tickets but david gets away with it every single time
