My guess is they are counting on, if enough people start posting on IP2 and this place gets to a certain point of 'emptyness' the remaining posters will just give up, then they start picking us off one by one again and the will to regroup like before will be gone. They act like legit Tyrants, and have the tools of a Tyrant which they use, Pre-Approved posts, Shadow Bans, Word filters etc. And all wrapped up with VERY fragile egos. Give them an inch and they'll take a mile. It's the worst case mod scenario for any community. They're not to be trusted.
