Id gladly pay people to make banners and ive thought of this before, but i personally feel like cash doesnt equal quality all of the time. A good meme or banner comes from the soul, with cash offered i feel like everyone would want to jump in and im sure we would get lots of stuff submitted from people we normally wouldnt, but would they be bangers? Idk. Could be thinking the wrong way but this is just my two cents. Another thing, you offer cash, and say you only get some half assed shit submissions for the money, now you gotta pay them for that shit too lol.
