Im not sure how he was doing it tbh. All i remember was one day he posted like 3 or 4 images of IPs saying they were users of unique ips that have connected to the site maybe using the 3rd party links like how they have all those different ip2 links that link back to the site.
During my time as mod i never saw or found a way to access any of that info just through the mod tools on the site
