If you came here you would see the ground is literally nothing but tinder in the summer, it's completely different to NA/EU, a single lit ciggy/ember or a hot exhaust can destroy 100 acres of farmland/forest in less than a day.

If that was during a fire ban in AUS he would have got a straight up 5k fine with the potential for it to be around 100k
