For the record, you started a firestorm over your hurt feelings. Whether you agree with the post or not it did not break TOS. The pics you seen were literally reported and posted by the media. Did they break the law by posting that? When someone gets a gun shoved in their face and robbed its illegal but the shit will still be reported on with pics posted. When some gets brutally beaten its illegal but it still gets reported on with pics/vids posted. Executions, google it and you will find videos.
