Nobody should have the ability to ban someone other than mods, and it should be for good reason....believe it or not, this is exactly how we wound up here.

Its a meme though dude. Everyone has access to it and even has acesss to unban. Is it really that big of a deal being timed out for 24hr?
I will add though for how many active people we have 3k and 3.5k is a bit much. If you get timed out and arent sitting on 3.5k to unban then you get boned.

it's a nice option and especially if we had more posters but 1 day is too long and if the awards were only valid for 10 to 30 minutes then it could be fun trolling among ourselfs
