there used to be a program out there that would generate a bunch of logins for you and bypassed the phone verification requirement... I will look out for it again I havent spent much time doing that shit in a long time

after the merge, so realistically you can have upwards of 50 accounts per gmail account.. Make sure you brand your channel so you can do that..
