Petition to make marquee able to multi cast directions and also be clearer on how different combinations effect the appearance.

There is some sort of issue with Kick streamers. There are a few I noticed that are live and not showing up on the network, Gary was there, now it shows he's offline but is still online (no Vanessa btw) So I checked the Somalian BIPOC, he is also online but showing offline.
