Lol I have a consistent workout regime, last year it was 5-4 days a week with only a month of slack of period. This year im going for the same but better. Maybe i should invest into intellectual and finanacial goals this year.

Next 10k youll get a sub 30!

On a serious note im starting to get some serious gains even people around me have noticed so as long as I continue the focus I should have no problem hitting a sub 30. Currently im on 4 days on 2 rest days and 1 day of 2-3 miles minimum. Every day I do a mile and a half though to maintain. Realistically there is never a break LOL

Yeah, when my boy was working for the boston qualifier to get into big marathons it was constant. I always thought I was a good runner until i practiced with his goggins midnstate lol! You still doing weights?
