I was told by my personal trainer way back in the day to shoot for 8-12 reps. Anything more than 12 and you need to add more weight, but i dont workout anymore, I just hike. I was borderline obese and had no experience working out at the time though, so take it as you will

i cant keep a workout routine, sometimes ill get an itch to start lifting again and ill do it for a month or two but keeping up with the routine is too much for me. Ive always perfered cardio tbh

I feel that, im lucky enough to be around a gym that makes lifting easy. Cardio was my brwad and butter though. Im trying to gain muscle mass so I dont get extra cardio but i get it regularly.

If You Are Trying To Lose Weight Walk 30 Minutes Every Morning And Every Night. You Need To Track Your Weight Average Weight Lose And Gain Over A Weekly Period Of Time. Dont Skip Leg Day You Will Look Like EBZ

work out once a week so you dont get repeated bout effect and you get new muscle fibers you need to be sore for 3 days after and eat food without carbs so you dont get insulin resistance other than that you're getting nothing and scammed

there is a budybuilder that had less fibers than a normal person is just all fake fluid gains that goes a away if he dosnt work out real new fibers will be there almost forever

I prefer working out multiple times a week having different days for different muscle groups. I dont have enough time for hours in the gym
